Site visit and initial consultation
Most of Lynley’s projects start with a site visit and initial client consultation to collect information about the site, identify the client’s goals and concerns and determine the client’s style preferences and budget parameters. Lynley does not charge a fee for the site visit and initial consultation.
Master design plan
Following the initial consultation, Lynley can prepare a master design plan with plant lists for the client. Before starting work on a master plan, Lynley specifies a design fee and requests a 50% deposit up front, with the balance due at delivery.
Management services
Upon receipt of the master plan, clients can choose to implement the plan in stages or all at once, doing the work by themselves, working directly with a contractor or hiring Lynley to manage the project. Lynley charges an hourly rate for management services.
